I hope you all had a fabulous week!

This years Halloween was my all time favorite. Halloween may have just become my new favorite holiday. Ellie was so fun to dress up. It made Kody's and my day to see her excitement as we went trick-or-treating. 

Kody, Ellie and I did a Grease theme this year. It turned out super cute. Kody was Danny, I was Sandy, and Ellie was a Pink Lady. We used Kody’s 1950’s Chevy Bel Air Drag Racing car (it is street legal) to drive around on Halloween night. It was so much fun! I added some Halloween pictures below just because I loved how our costumes turned out:)

Halloween was definitely the high of the week. After Halloween, our week was crash and burn. Ellie woke up with a high fever and rash. It’s been awful. Her throat is so sore that she doesn’t want to eat or drink. It literally breaks my heart to see her this sick.

I think she is getting better though. Today, she has had a smile on her face and is starting to act like the old Ellie.

Who knew being a mother could be so hard? I’ve literally gotten 4 hours of sleep every night this week. It’s difficult trying to work, cook, clean and take care of a sick baby while running on empty. Let’s just say I look like a wreck. I have no make up on and  am still in my pajamas I wore yesterday..
